Bob joined LearnCorp International in 2019 and is a highly experienced mechanical Technical Trainer. Bob has worked for several leading global companies in the oil and gas industry to develop training strategies to meet their business needs and was a member of the British army for 23 years. Bob’s skills include carrying out Training Needs Analysis, creation, delivery implementation and monitoring of Competency based training strategies. Bob is passionate about the development of others and finding innovative solutions to meet the need of the individual and business. Bob Specializes in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrics HSE, PLC control systems, and general Mechanical Engineering disciplines. He is highly skilled in Technical Authorship and has produced world class Technical Training documentation.
