One way to assist in the development of the workforce is to have training programs that include customized facility specific information.
The LCI team of engineers will work through the documents and drawings from the EPC contractors and vendors to extract key details about your facility. Whether it is a new process, upgraded equipment, control features, process fluids, new technology, or a change in control system – it is important for the O & M technicians to learn about the features and the technology behind the plant design.
The training program for a facility must be designed with three key elements: knowledge and skill level of the learners; facility specific technical features; and required knowledge and skill level upon completion.
